QC Supervisor Job Description & Requirements

• To take charge of the daily operation of the laboratory.
• To supervise all laboratory test and assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance Programme, Reporting to QC Engineer and QC Manager.
• To prevent occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
• To maintain and improve the quality of concrete supply and execute appropriate corrective action.
• To identify all inspection, measuring and test equipment that can affect the quality of the product, ensure the calibrations are perform at.
• To be present in customer’s trial mix and attend to customer’s enquiry on quality related queries.
• To train drivers and plant operators in cube making, slump test, re-working of concrete and basic concrete knowledge.
