Roles & Responsibilities
  • Improve the sales growth by developing new business opportunities, ensure positive relationship with clients.
  • Ensures clients requirements are met in a timely manner, attend meetings to understand and perform per client’s requirements.
  • Reporting to the Head of Operations.
  • Holds overall responsibility for the operations and ensure the operations activities run smoothly and efficiently
  • Responsible for the management and development of the operations team and resourcing matters
  • Leads and manages day to day operations
  • Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
  • Develops operations planning, projects schedules, operations planning, projects schedules and ensure quality service delivery of clients projects
  • Ensure team members to have clear defined roles, responsibilities, goals and objectives that will deliver measurable results to the company
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in cleaning industry, facility management or building maintenance with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong organisational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and client interfacing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • own vehicle
  • Class 3 license
  • Knowledge of microsoft office
