Your duties will include supervising technicians to ensure the quality of service delivery, planning and executing technicians" performance assessments, conducting pest management audits, handling customer complaints, and resolving service delivery issues. You will also be required to conduct meetings, monitor service visits, maintain material consumption levels, manage inventory, and promote highest grooming standards among technicians.Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum B. Sc. degree in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture. Any prior experience in pest management operations or service industry is desirable. Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
