  • Lead daily food service operations by managing food preparation, enforcing service standards, and maintaining hygiene practices to deliver consistent quality and safety

  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies to maintain compliance and protect customer health

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate procurement activities with suppliers to optimize resource availability and reduce waste

  • Supervise, train, and schedule food service staff to enhance team performance and maintain operational effectiveness
