Responsibilities

• Lead all onboarding activities including training and configuration.
• Oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring they align with customer goals.
• Customize the platform according to client needs.
• Guide clients through the platform and ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
