• Install new wired and wireless network infrastructures.

• Provide after-hours monitoring and support for networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out installation of new wired and wireless network infrastructures
• To be actively involved in Level 1 Cloud Monitoring of various networks
• To work on remote and onsite technical trouble‑shooting of wired and wireless setups
• To carry out basic project management for assigned projects
• After‑hours Remote MONITORING AND Support FOR NETWORKS are expected of this Technical Support role
• Candidates will be exposed to new security and infrastructure solutions, as part of projects’ roll‑out

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificates in IT Related field
• Candidates MUST have minimum 1 year working knowledge and hands‑on with networking setup
• Candidates MUST have basic working knowledge of Internet Connectivity and networking solutions such as WiFi APs, switches, firewalls, routers
• Candidates MUST be HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE
