Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is looking for a compliance professional to conduct name screening and independent analysis within private banking. The ideal candidate should have a degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience in compliance or KYC, and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include ensuring completeness of CDD information, liaising with the Front Office, and adhering to compliance policies during quality reviews. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct name screening with systems such as World Check and Factiva.
• Perform independent analysis for hit dispositions.
• Liaise with Front Office for documentation needs.

• Conduct name screening with systems such as World Check, Factiva, Dow Jones and etc.
• Perform Independent analysis for disposition of hits and escalte true hits to respective stakeholders
• Ensure completeness of CDD information and documentation
• Liaise closely with Front Office for any further information or documentation
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures when performing quality review

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant compliance/ KYC/ name screening experience in Private Banks
• Private Banking experience in Name Screening is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
