Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across functions.
- Design and implement system solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain MIS to support reporting, analytics and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for system integration and deployment.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Provide training and support to end‑users on system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Support strategic projects such as digital transformation and process automation.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in MIS and business systems analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of consultancy professional services industry operations and workflows.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel.
