We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Finance & Operations (F&O). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and D365 functional/technical teams to translate business requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions, ensuring seamless integration between supply chain and finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with business users across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and finance to gather and analyse requirements.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand current-state and future-state processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional design documents (FDD/FRD) and process flows.
D365 F&O – Supply Chain Focus
- Support and configure D365 Supply Chain modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution (Order-to-Cash), Demand & Production Planning (where applicable).
- Ensure accurate integration between Supply Chain and Finance modules (costing, postings, and controls).
Finance & Operations Integration
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure correct setup and flow across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), costing methods and inventory valuation.
- Validate financial impact of supply chain transactions.
Implementation & Testing
- Support system configuration, data migration validation, and integrations.
- Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Assist in go-live activities and post-implementation support.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain functional documentation, process maps, and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and project governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management modules.
- Solid understanding of Finance & Operations integration.
- Experience working on ERP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, logistics, or eCommerce domains.
- Exposure to Power BI, LCS, or Azure DevOps.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (SCM or F&O).
- Experience in global or multi-entity ERP environments.
