We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our global Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing modern workplace and endpoint solutions built on Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11.
You will play a key role in driving the organization’s transition to cloud‑first, secure, and highly automated end‑user environments while collaborating across multiple cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud.
Design, implement, and support enterprise‑grade Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business and security requirements
Manage and optimize Intune for device compliance, configuration, application deployment, and endpoint security
Lead Windows Autopilot deployments for streamlined device provisioning and lifecycle management
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
Support and enhance Windows 10/11 environments with a strong focus on performance, security, and user experience
Drive migration from legacy environments (Group Policy, Citrix, KACE, on‑prem systems) to modern cloud‑based solutions
Implement and maintain security, compliance, and data protection controls (DLP, conditional access, device compliance)
Collaborate with Security, Network, Cloud, and Support teams to ensure seamless system integration
Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide timely resolutions
Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guidance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and modernization of workplace technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, EUC, or modern workplace roles
Strong expertise in:
Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud security, compliance, and identity (Azure AD / Entra ID)
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud and endpoint environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment
Experience working in multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud)
Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and SecOps collaboration
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑102, MD‑102, Azure certifications)
Passion for continuous learning—keeping up with new Microsoft and cloud technologies.
