Job description

The candidate will collaborate with medical and scientific experts on detailed discussions related to specific medical or scientific products and disease areas. Additionally, the candidate will present information in a strictly scientific and non-promotional manner, as outlined by global and local Medical Affairs strategies and aligned with Daiichi Sankyo’s oncology objectives. Furthermore, the candidate will serve as an educational resource for internal stakeholders, offering medical and scientific knowledge, training, and support regarding Daiichi Sankyo’s existing products and those in development.

Job Description
  • Scientific Communication Support: Assist in preparing and delivering scientific materials to healthcare professionals in a clear and unbiased manner. This includes supporting the development of presentation content, responding to basic medical inquiries under guidance, and staying updated with relevant clinical data.
  • Relationship Building: Begin establishing professional relationships with key external experts and healthcare professionals. Support scientific exchange activities and help document insights gathered during field visits or meetings.
  • Clinical Development Assistance: Participate in internal discussions related to clinical trials. Provide logistical or administrative support for clinical operations and help track relevant updates or documentation.
  • Medical Education Support: Help coordinate and support internal training sessions and educational programs for healthcare professionals. Assist in the preparation of training materials and follow-up activities.
  • Medical Excellence Support:
    • Assist in implementing and monitoring medical affairs processes and performance metrics.
    • Support the development of training plans, SOPs, and internal compliance tools.
    • Help maintain trackers for medical activities, field insights, and scientific engagements.
    • Contribute to planning and documentation of governance meetings and functional reviews.
  • Operational and Strategic Support: Participate in cross-functional meetings, help prepare reports or summaries, and offer input to improve operational efficiency. Ensure activities are aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
