Furthermore, the candidate will serve as an educational resource for internal stakeholders, offering medical and scientific knowledge, training, and support regarding Daiichi Sankyo’s existing products and those in development.
Job Description
- Scientific Communication Support: Assist in preparing and delivering scientific materials to healthcare professionals in a clear and unbiased manner. This includes supporting the development of presentation content, responding to basic medical inquiries under guidance, and staying updated with relevant clinical data.
- Relationship Building: Begin establishing professional relationships with key external experts and healthcare professionals. Support scientific exchange activities and help document insights gathered during field visits or meetings.
- Clinical Development Assistance: Participate in internal discussions related to clinical trials. Provide logistical or administrative support for clinical operations and help track relevant updates or documentation.
- Medical Education Support: Help coordinate and support internal training sessions and educational programs for healthcare professionals. Assist in the preparation of training materials and follow-up activities.
- Medical Excellence Support:
- Assist in implementing and monitoring medical affairs processes and performance metrics.
- Support the development of training plans, SOPs, and internal compliance tools.
- Help maintain trackers for medical activities, field insights, and scientific engagements.
- Contribute to planning and documentation of governance meetings and functional reviews.
- Operational and Strategic Support: Participate in cross-functional meetings, help prepare reports or summaries, and offer input to improve operational efficiency. Ensure activities are aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- MD, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences or related field
- 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor
