Qualifications

  • Able and willing to perform shift work including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to commit long-term in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

  • Undergo structured on-the-job training in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO).
  • Assist senior technicians in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing of aircraft engine components.
  • Learn to read and follow engine manuals, work instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Support troubleshooting and basic fault diagnosis under supervision.
  • Ensure all work complies with CAAS / EASA / FAA regulations and company quality standards.
  • Complete maintenance records and work cards accurately and timely.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and 5S housekeeping requirements.
  • Work closely with team members to meet operational targets and turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements
  • Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

  • No experience may apply as training is provided

  • Able and willing to perform shift work, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Able to commit long-term in the aerospace industry (training and progression provided).

  • Good learning attitude, hands-on mindset, and strong attention to detail.
