How you will make an impact:
- Drive the implementation of new product and indication launches and ensure strong launch execution.
- Evaluate local needs of the commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the marketing plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities.
- Maintain contact with local KOLs and develop high-quality relationships with healthcare professionals. Develop event strategies aligned with local dynamics and EU event strategy.
- Lead the implementation of assigned Therapy Development initiatives and Economic Value campaigns.
- Lead the creation of localized marketing materials.
- Assess market dynamics and analytics (e.g., market size, trends, competitive situation, reimbursement) in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to achieve country business goals.
What you will need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, biomedical engineering, healthcare sciences, pharmacy, or related fields; 8 years of related experience required, or
- Master's Degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field with 6 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry.
