Key Area: Community management, content strategy, growth marketing, events
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: From strategy and brief to execution and performance tracking.
- Growth & Experimentation: Launch creative ideas across content, channels, and campaigns to drive acquisition.
- Community Building:
- Manage and grow local communities via Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Moderate forums/chat groups to improve engagement and sentiment.
- KOLs & Affiliates: Identify and manage key opinion leaders and affiliate partnerships.
- Incentive Programs: Develop programs to increase engagement and attract users.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as liaison between Binance teams (BD, Marketing, Ops) and local community volunteers ("Angels").
- Events: Plan and manage both online and offline events.
- Budget Management: Oversee vendor relationships, inventory, invoicing, and event finance.
- 2+ years of experience in community building and digital marketing.
- Proven history launching or managing initiatives like:
- Crypto-savvy: Good understanding of crypto culture, terminology, trends.
- Tech-Savvy Communicator: Strong writing, moderation, and social engagement skills.
- Experience with Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, newsletters, etc.
- Flexible with working hours — responsive to a global and active crypto community.
- Fluency in English (other SEA languages are a plus).
- Great organizational and time management skills.
