The Marketing Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive online brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves leading the digital marketing team and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with broader marketing and business objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and display advertising.

Qualifications
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and display advertising. Ability to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
- Content Marketing & SEO: Strong understanding of content creation and SEO best practices. Experience in developing content strategies that drive organic traffic and enhance user engagement across various platforms.
- Paid Media & Campaign Management: Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights. Ability to analyze and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Ability to create engaging content and manage paid and organic social campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including campaign creation, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to manage lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through automated workflows.
- Project Management & Team Leadership: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and lead a digital marketing team. Experience managing external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Creative & Visual Skills: Basic understanding of design principles and the ability to work with creative teams to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing materials (e.g., banners, landing pages, ads).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for various digital platforms and communicate complex marketing data to stakeholders in an accessible way.
- Adaptability & Trend Awareness: Ability to stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing. Eagerness to experiment with new approaches and optimize strategies in a fast-changing digital landscape.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or related areas (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Experience: Several years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and measurable results. Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
