Job description

We are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Manager based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns for Singapore to drive higher user adoption, retention, and business growth.
  • Responsible for marketing performance & strategy across external channels like digital, paid owned earned media and communities (e.g. Influences, Local Media, IG, FB, Tiktok, SEO, SEM).
  • Regularly review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance.
  • Monitor the latest market trends, user feedback, and research on the competitive landscape to design new initiatives & programs, and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including PR, Media, Design, Category Operations, BD, Traffic, CRM and etc.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in e-commerce digital marketing or of relevant work experience that includes digital buts, social, KOL management, and data‑driven analysis of campaign performance.
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands‑on execution, problem‑solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Adaptive, creative and self driven. Good organizational skills and detailed oriented.
  • Strong stakeholder and good team player who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment fluent written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
  • Comfortable working in a global company with culture diversity.
