Marketing Manager

At Kodecoon, we take pride in providing top-notch technology education courses to equip every child with programming knowledge and empower them to create change. If you’re keen to be part of a dynamic team in a fast‑growing start‑up, join our Marketing team to be hands‑on from day one and work closely with our founding team. This role will expose you to daily operations of managing an ed‑tech start‑up and facilitate smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Support marketing campaigns planning and execution
  • Research industry‑related topics and prepare well‑drafted drafts or copy for social media posts, promotional emails and other marketing collaterals
  • Design or assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels to advertise our company and products
  • Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Tik Tok and assist in replying to any customer inquiries
  • Ensure the collaterals created are consistent with the branding guidelines
  • Design customer success initiatives, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement through Whatsapp channel
  • Plan lead generation events with key partners
  • Measure and report the results of marketing campaigns, social media ads and initiatives
  • Assist in any other ad‑hoc data entry or administrative tasks as requested by the management
  • Design and lead team in offline marketing efforts (such as banners, pillar ads) and exhibitions
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Have business acumen to generate traffic and leads for new business opportunities
  • A strong eye for detail and aesthetics according to our brand identity
  • Knows how to use Photoshop or Illustrator or photo editing software is a plus, but not compulsory
  • Knows basic video editing
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin
  • Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Organized, detail‑oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
