Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, PR, and more) and track/report campaign performance.
- Lead creative processes for marketing materials — from concept to execution — across print and digital.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to develop co-branded campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Drive social media strategy to enhance community engagement, interaction, and brand presence.
- Manage and grow marketing databases and support data segmentation efforts.
- Manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to build a strong online presence.
- Own the PR strategy, manage press lists, build media relationships and drive consistent media coverage.
- Be responsible for all attendee, delegate, and visitor marketing to drive registrations and revenue, including pricing strategy and forecasting.
About You
- 2–3 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) industry.
- Strong creative eye with hands-on experience executing marketing plans.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English as well as spoken & written Mandarin as you would be managing and liaising with China counterparts.
- Comfortable working across digital marketing fundamentals.
