The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves campaign management, digital marketing, content creation, market research, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches.
2. Digital Marketing
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and schedule digital content such as posts, ads, and newsletters.
  • Assist with SEO/SEM efforts and website content updates.
  • Monitor digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and prepare insights.
3. Content Development
  • Create engaging content including blogs, emailers, brochures, presentations, and product descriptions.
  • Work with design teams/agencies for creatives, videos, and marketing materials.
4. Market Research
  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer segments.
  • Identify opportunities for new campaigns and strategic improvements.
5. Brand Management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Support in developing brand guidelines and maintaining brand identity.
6. Coordination & Support
  • Collaborate with sales, HR, product, and external vendors/agencies to ensure campaign execution.
  • Support administrative tasks such as documentation, budgeting, and workflow management.
