Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging content and copy for marketing materials and daily social media posts.
- Manage digital platforms, including the company website and social media accounts.
- Produce marketing videos, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Engage with influencers/KOLs and coordinate collaborations.
- Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively to support engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on campaigns and market trends.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or related field with at least 1 year of experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, InShot, and similar editing tools.
- Professional, dynamic, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a positive team player.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers); additional language skills are a bonus.
