Responsibilities:

• Attend onboard visits for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification of systems and equipment.
• Manage and coordinate field activities and service schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and technical issues.
• Supervise and oversee repairs and technical upgrades.
• Install new systems or technologies as required.
• Ensure proper maintenance and optimal performance of onsite equipment.
• Supervise and direct technicians or engineers on-site.
• Prepare detailed service reports, including:
• Provide timely updates to superiors on job progress.
• Deliver technical support and training to customers, service agents, and internal teams.
• Arrange and dispatch required parts, tools, and drawings to service agents or clients.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition for safety and quality service.
• Develop and update manuals and support documents to share knowledge across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and improve service outcomes.
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal departments to enhance service quality.
• Support sales efforts by reviewing maintenance checklists and service reports.
• Fulfill all duties typically assigned to a Technician.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical or related field
• 3 - 5 years of electrical experience.
• Ability to travel frequently for work assignments.
• Proficient in using business computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Marine Engines (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic systems)
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is a plus
