A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Marine Fleet Management Executive to manage fleet operations and crew assignments in Singapore. You will handle requisitions, monitor vessel supplies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and must be proficient with computer software. This role requires being available 24/7 and may involve traveling to vessels. Competitive salary offered between $2,800 and $3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Possession of Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
• Must be contactable 24/7 and available to board vessels as required.
• Proficient with computer software.

Responsibilities

• Handle fleet requisitions and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor vessel consumables to prevent wastage.
• Maintain cargo hoses and lifting gear registries.
• Conduct tool-box meetings as safety committee member.
• Coordinate medical appointments for crew.
• Prepare crew employment contracts.
• Apply for regulatory endorsements and maintain vessel documentation.
• Assist in planning crew assignments and rotations.
• Recruit ship crews and conduct initial interviews.
• Provide induction training for new crews.
• Support ship staff and manage visits to vessels.
• Perform other fleet management tasks as assigned.
