Un restaurant en pleine croissance à Singapour recherche un Directeur Général visionnaire pour diriger ses opérations stratégiques. Vous serez responsable de la direction globale, de la croissance et des performances opérationnelles de la chaîne de restauration, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des acteurs clés pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise. Le candidat doit avoir plus de 10 ans d'expérience en leadership dans le secteur de la restauration, un sens aigu des affaires, et un solide bagage en management P&L.

Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée de plus de 10 ans dans un rôle de leadership dans l'industrie de la restauration ou de l'hôtellerie.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et gérer des situations d'urgence 24/7.
  • Compréhension approfondie du marché musulman indien et du comportement des consommateurs.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Managing Director to lead our strategic operations and help take the brand to greater heights.

Role Overview:

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational performance of our F&B chain. You will work closely with department heads, investors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the company’s mission and vision are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Lead and mentor the executive team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards in Singapore.
  • Evaluate and implement new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Represent the company in industry events and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of successful P&L management.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian Muslim market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be on standby 24/7 to handle all matters relating to the company.
