Job description

We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Support to lead and shape a high-performing, international Sales Support team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing sales operations, quoting, deal processing, renewals, and partner enablement across regions, ensuring our sales funnel remains accurate and deals progress smoothly from opportunity to closure.

What we would like: We’re after someone with strong sales operations expertise, leadership skills, and process-driven thinking. In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the Sales Support team across Asia, ensuring alignment, performance, and professional development.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including quotation generation, discount approvals, order packaging, and deal documentation.
  • Oversee opportunity data accuracy in CRM systems (Salesforce) and deal dashboards, ensuring reliable sales forecasting.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to optimize sales processes, including CPQ, workflow approvals, and partner deal programs.
  • Act as the primary interface between sales, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth deal execution.

Your keys to success: You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a process-focused leader with experience in international sales operations. You’ll bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within enterprise software or technology.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce), deal structuring, quoting, and revenue operations.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency.
  • Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams across regions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate across sales, finance, legal, and partner teams.
