About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee our team of drivers and ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient fleet operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of company drivers and vehicles.
  • Develop and implement fleet policies, schedules, and performance standards.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., LTA, MOM, Tripartite guidelines).
  • Train, mentor, and support drivers to uphold safety and service standards.
  • Manage incident reporting, insurance claims, and dispute resolution when required.
Skills & Competencies
  • Fleet Operations Management: Ability to plan, monitor, and optimize fleet usage for efficiency.
  • Leadership & People Management: Skilled in supervising drivers, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of transport regulations, employment law, and workplace safety.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Competence in tracking KPIs, fuel usage, and maintenance costs for decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Ability to respond to incidents, manage disputes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Clear, professional communication with drivers, management, and external stakeholders.
