A consulting firm for the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore is seeking a professional who can develop and implement business strategies, review operational processes, and evaluate financial performance for revenue growth and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, has relevant experience in management consulting, and possessing strong analytical and communication skills. Additionally, familiarity with POS systems and data analysis tools is essential.
1.1 Strategic Planning & Business Advisory
Develop and implement business strategies to enhance revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness for F&B clients.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to support informed business decisions.
Provide advisory support on menu engineering, pricing structures, and cost optimisation to improve overall profitability.
1.2 Operations & Performance Improvement
Review and assess operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and recommend operational workflows, manpower planning structures, and supply chain enhancements to increase productivity.
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service quality and operational standards.
1.3 Financial Analysis & Cost Management
Evaluate financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities.
Recommend effective inventory control measures, supplier management strategies, and waste reduction initiatives.
Support clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
1.4 Marketing & Customer Experience Advisory
Advise clients on branding, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives, including digital channels where relevant.
Propose promotional activities, loyalty programmes, and menu innovation strategies to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in management consulting, business advisory, or operations within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency in using POS systems, data analysis tools, and standard business software.
Good understanding of F&B industry practices, food safety regulations, and operational standards.
Experience supporting the launch, growth, or transformation of F&B businesses.
Exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce, or food delivery platforms within the F&B sector
