Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and regional requirements.
• Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key logistics partners, such as carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor and improve national supply chain performance by designing, implementing, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead projects aimed at optimizing the logistics network and reducing operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals and provide guidance for their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in logistics management, with a focus on operations and strategy.
