About the Role

This role supports chemical production operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, inventory management, and compliance with quality standards. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth production and adherence to safety and operational procedures.

• Duration: 1-year
• Salary: Up to $2,600 per month+ Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory management – monitor and maintain stock levels for spare parts, consumables, and other materials by triggering deliveries from vendor to ensure timely replenishment.
• Schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration activities. Escort and oversee vendor activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations and liaise with vendors to obtain quotation. Raise purchase requests (PR) promptly in Ariba and SAP, ensuring correct cost center and G/L account coding. Monitor delivery status, collect delivered items from Shipping and Receiving (SNR) warehouse and perform timely goods receipt (GR).
• Assist the team in gathering supporting documents for projects, engineering studies, and non-conformance (NC) investigations.
• Perform data entries for trending purposes (e.g. LIMS results)
• Maintain and archive operational records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in production support, maintenance coordination, or chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba or other ERP systems is a plus.
