Job summary

ACommerce is seeking an Operations Associate to manage inventory and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 2 years of experience in ground operations within the e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail sectors. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this fast-paced environment where diversity is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in ground operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run order waving and picking.
• Perform daily physical inventory tasks.
• Coordinate with Store ops and customer service team.

Job description

• Plan and run order waving and picking on time
• Perform daily physical inventory return related task, support cycle count / inbound / check on holding stocks health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc
• Manage expiry and batch
• Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio
• Coordinate with Store ops and customer service team
• Closely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt and provide updates
• Responsible to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly
• Other tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager

Qualification:

• Diploma, certifications or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in ground operations
• Experience with the use of warehouse system ERP/WMS and RF scanner
• Working experience in e-commerce, manufacturing or retail business are addedadvantages
• Strong communications skills in English is must
