Job description

Catering

• Collaborate with marketing campaigns to design event catering set up

• Facilitate event briefing and training with relevant operational documents

• Arrange logistics for catering food deliveries, tear down, equipment transport, and event setups,

• Plan and deploy of manpower and resources for catering events

• Ensure proper stock control and inventory management of catering supplies, and equipment.

• Coordinate with customer to ensure smooth event execution and catering experience.

Logistic

• Plan route and assign daily jobs to delivery drivers

• Support Dispatching of orders and provide coordination with delivery drivers

• supporting packing of products (when needed)
