Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new leads through various outreach methods. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years in telesales or inside sales, strong communication and research skills, and be comfortable with outbound outreach. CRM experience is preferred. • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.

• Build rapport and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
• Assist in scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
