Job Description Summary

Aerospace Services Lead GE90 CSA Analyst serves as the financial analyst for all aspects of the GE90 CSA portfolio. This role supports the operational contract performance manager (CPM), the regional commercial team, as well as the Services finance leader for GE90. This individual will be expected to partner with a cross‑functional team (sales, CPMs, CPS, CPL, and business operations) to deliver long‑term program modeling for contract negotiations on existing Services contracts as well as support the transactions linked to GE90.

Role Overview

This individual is responsible for driving the highest standard of compliance & controllership in GE90 product line. The role requires the ability to work across the matrix and develop a good understanding of customers, industry, function and commercial markets.

  • Support the accurate and complete financials for the GE90 CSA portfolio and utilize financial reporting to help the team drive operational action
  • Develop ad hoc contract analysis to support commercial and operational teams to maximize contract profitability
  • Perform financial modeling for commercial deal restructuring and overall commercial strategy
  • Lead CMR process execution, forecasting, and leadership explanations/commentary
  • Responsible for providing insight into forecasting & performance of the GE90 CSA portfolio to operating leader & product line CFOs through partnership with operational peers
  • Support FP&A cost estimates for quarterly QMIs, CMR estimates
  • Support monthly / Quarterly settlement process for Engine Alliance and RSP Partners
  • Identify and improve the process thought FLIGHTDECK principles.
Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate would possess a combination of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with service contracts, cost accounting, and long‑term service agreements accounting are preferred.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience/knowledge of Aerospace business, Services is a plus
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to develop plans/priorities and execute against them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to and partner with senior leaders
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept new challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and ability to work across all levels and functions of the organization
  • Demonstrated financial analysis skills and knowledge of internal controls process
