  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Engaging key stakeholders across public and private sectors (lab managers, CIO offices, Synapxe) to gather insights and translate needs into product requirements and priorities.
  • Sales & Commercial Support - Partner with the commercial team to support pre-sales activities, customer presentations, value propositions, and tender submissions. Provide training, messaging, and demos that clearly articulate clinical and operational value
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with APAC/global product teams, the local implementation team, and regulatory colleagues to feed back on market requirements and align on the roadmap, ensuring product readiness for deployment in Singapore. Drive internal capability development by facilitating knowledge sharing, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to build local teams' readiness and confidence in supporting digital solutions.

  • Product Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance, usage, customer feedback, and revenue KPIs within the local context. Identify opportunities to expand solution offerings, improve the customer experience, and influence product enhancements or new developments based on market insight.

  • Experience working with public and private healthcare stakeholders (e.g., Synapxe, MOH, NHIC) and navigating local regulatory environments (e.g., H-Cloud, PDPA compliance).
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and align solutions with IT infrastructure and policy requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, data governance, interoperability, and cybersecurity in healthcare.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
