Job summary

A leading operations firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities in arboricultural operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, conducting tree inspections, and ensuring project quality and compliance. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in a relevant field and have 3–5 years of experience in landscape or arboricultural operations. The position offers a salary range of $3,500 - $5,000+ with additional project incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in daily activities.
  • Conduct tree inspections and recommend maintenance plans.
  • Manage landscape and tree projects ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of new staff.
  • Collaborate with sales team for proposals and costings.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
  • Support business development and identify new opportunities.
