Job summary

A leading international telecommunications company in Singapore is looking for an experienced operations professional to manage circuit and trunk service operations. The role requires 4–6 years of expertise in service operations or migration, strong troubleshooting skills during live cutovers, and a solid understanding of routing and related services. The successful candidate will reconcile service records, manage remediations, and perform critical tests to ensure service integrity.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years experience in circuit/trunk/voice service operations or migration.
• Strong understanding of routing, overflow, diversity, special number services.
• Proven live cutover troubleshooting.

• Reconcile service records across multiple inventory/OSS/BSS systems.
• Classify circuits by priority/complexity; prepare customer notification lists.
• Build and validate migration + rollback scripts/runbooks.
