Job summary

A leading educational support service provider in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Operations Support staff to provide practical lesson support and ensure the cleanliness and safety of food technology facilities. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in kitchen operations within a school environment and a valid food safety and hygiene certificate (Level 3). Proficiency in English is required to interact with staff and students.

• Provide practical lesson support and ensure cleanliness, safety, and propermaintenance of the food technology facilities.
• Prepare ingredients, utensils, and equipment for classes
• Support teachers and students during practical lessons
• Clean and maintain kitchens, appliances, and workstations
• Ensure safety procedures are followed (gas, electricity, equipment)
• Manage food supplies, resources, and equipment
• Organize storage areas and maintain first VLd-??-???/ita??
• Perform deep cleaning during school holidays
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the General Office
• To perform any other school duties as required.

Qualification

• Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Experience in Kitchen Operations in aschool environment.
• Minimum PSLE Education
• Proficient in English to Interact with Staffs and students
• Valid food safety and Hygiene certificate (Level 3)
