Job description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer software and hardware systems. Your responsibilities will include recovering, reinstalling, or reimaging failed desktop and laptop computers, as well as maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and network within the organization. You will be tasked with analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, documenting problems and remedial actions, and tracking the installation activities. It will also be your duty to manage the company's IT assets, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance. Responding promptly to service issues and requests, as well as performing monthly maintenance of IT assets, will be part of your regular tasks. Confidentiality of company information must be maintained at all times.To excel in this role, you should possess technical aptitude, strong written and oral communication skills, project management abilities, and the capacity to engage effectively with individuals at all levels, including technical and business audiences. Your coordination and communication skills should be excellent. A degree in Computer Science, BCA, Engineering, or B.Tech is required for this position.Key skills that will be valuable in this role include supervisory skills, allocation of server support, scheduling maintenance tasks, data communication expertise, and information technology proficiency. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring availability on weekends. The work location is Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.,
