The Dempsey Project is looking for a Junior Barista who is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers in the café. Her/His duties includes working with other baristas to make drinks and provide timely service to customers.

FT Salary: $2300-$2800
PT Salary: Up to $14/hr (also depends on your skills and experience)

• Knowledge of coffee, coffee grinding, and able to demonstrate the use of a brewing equipment
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea & milkshakes
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently
• Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures of preparation.
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food, and clean up
• Maintains professional standard
