Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the regional adoption and execution of innovative digital technologies, ensuring they align with business objectives and support overall digital transformation.
- Works closely with cross‑functional teams, oversees regional initiatives, and provides technical leadership across digital platforms and tools.
- Designs, deploys, and supports digital solutions tailored to regional business requirements.
- Ensures new technologies integrate smoothly with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Builds and maintains web‑based applications using .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and related technologies.
- Supports API integrations while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient system architecture.
- Leads regional IT initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with global standards and timely delivery.
- Tracks project milestones, manages risks, and provides clear progress updates to stakeholders.
- Partners with business units, global IT teams, and external vendors to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Serves as the regional liaison for digital projects and support activities.
- Identifies opportunities to automate processes and enhance digital workflows.
- Assesses emerging technologies and recommends suitable adoption strategies.
- Delivers technical support for digital systems, platforms, and tools.
- Conducts user training sessions to drive adoption and maximize solution effectiveness.
- Ensures all implemented solutions meet cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cloud/web development credentials.
- Proficient in web development frameworks such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experienced with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ERP environments, and automation technologies.
- Strong foundation in database management, including SQL Server and Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive in researching, evaluating, and proposing technology solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT, focusing on digital solutions, integration, or IT project management.
