A leading technology staffing firm in Singapore is looking for an IT Assistant Manager to manage and enhance IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance and governance. This role involves overseeing the deployment of critical IT systems, supervising a team of Helpdesk staff, and maintaining IT procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Assistant Manager role.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN and VPN network systems for head office and project sites.
• Plan and coordinate the setup of IT infrastructure for new project sites.
• Supervise and mentor 4 outsourced IT Helpdesk staff, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Implement security measures and conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
