A recruitment agency is looking for an Inhouse IT Administrator in Singapore to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Nitec or Diploma in IT and 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry. Key responsibilities include administering IT assets, configuring devices, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. A salary of $2,800 - $3,300 plus a variable bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems.
• Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment.
• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users.
• Monitor IT ticketing daily and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Maintain updated documentation for network diagrams and IT assets.

Skills

Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting, Wi-Fi )

Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune)

Proficiency in Windows OS, O365 setup, and AD user creation

Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle and vendor coordination

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Education

Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science
