What You’ll Do:

Engage with verified, pre-qualified leads to acquire and close renovation projects.

Develop creative space planning and compelling design proposals tailored to client needs.

Prepare detailed quotations based on design scope, client requirements, and budgets.

Oversee end-to-end project management—from proposal to site execution and final handover.

Coordinate site works, supervise renovation progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Work collaboratively with sub-contractors and suppliers to uphold quality and timeline standards.

Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly via email and calls.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and ensure seamless project delivery.

Take full ownership of each project and see your designs come to life from concept to completion.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in interior design (residential or commercial)
• A strong portfolio that showcases your flair for space planning, styling, and creative problem‑solving
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop Illustrator, etc.)
• An eye for detail, love for aesthetics, and ability to manage timelines and client expectations
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field
