Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage Digital Delivery processes using IDD/BIM technologies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management and at least 4 years of experience in managing IDD/BIM projects. Strong knowledge of relevant standards and tools is required. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with digital documentation standards.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the Digital Delivery process using IDD/BIM technologies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless digital integration.
• Support project teams to align with BCA’s IDD and BIM frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Ensure proper digital documentation, data integrity, and version control across systems.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, digital deliverables, and compliance documentation.
• Provide recommendations and support for digital transformation and technology adoption within projects.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IDD or BIM implementation in built environment projects.
• Strong knowledge of BCA’s PSSCOC, BIM standards, and IDD platforms (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC).

Advantage

• Experience with BCA or public sector projects.
• BIM/IDD certifications such as Autodesk Certified or BCA BIM Manager Course.
