Brief Job Description
  • Lead in network-related hardware/software/firmware incident management.
  • Maintain all relevant network records and update documentation timely.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with the customer to ensure processes are current and aligned.
  • Perform daily system checks and monitoring; highlight any abnormalities.
  • Ensure network equipment backups are operational.
  • Familiar with CISCO switches, load balancers, and routers.
  • Gather business and application requirements to plan, design, install, test, and implement systems according to specifications and service levels.
  • Align or enhance ITSM/ITIL methodologies in daily operations, including change, incident, problem, release management, and CMDB.
  • Monitor and measure system performance and availability proactively; implement corrective actions to improve performance and service levels.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and provide resolutions; communicate status updates effectively.
  • Implement service continuity measures, including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and solution presentations.
  • Lead a team of network engineers.
  • Evaluate internal and external business environments to develop long-term strategies.
  • Attain key certifications to maintain vendor partnerships.
