Our firm emphasizes integrity, independence, and bespoke solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client family. As we grow our team, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join us in a hybrid ARM/RM capacity.

Role Overview:

As a Hybrid ARM/RM, you will support and/or manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for both relationship management and operational execution, depending on experience and seniority. This is a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on wealth advisory, investment coordination, and bespoke client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client families, either in a supporting or lead capacity.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including KYC/AML, account opening, and documentation.
  • Maintain and deepen client relationships through regular communication and reviews.
  • Liaise with custodians, banks, and external advisors on client matters.

Investment Support & Advisory

  • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and reports.
  • Coordinate investment execution across asset classes (public/private markets, funds, alternatives).
  • Monitor portfolios and support performance attribution and risk analysis.
  • Keep abreast of market developments, products, and investment opportunities.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of client data, documentation, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Provide end-to-end support on client transactions and inquiries.

Strategic Initiatives (Optional, Depending on Seniority)

  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and service offerings.
  • Support business development and referral efforts.
  • Participate in thought leadership, marketing, or family governance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment concepts, and wealth structuring.

Key Skills:

  • High client service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and execution capability.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with portfolio management systems is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • A flat, collaborative team structure with direct exposure to UHNW clients.
  • Autonomy and growth in a dynamic, expanding multi-family office environment.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to evolve into a full RM or senior advisory role over time.
