Job summary

A leading property management company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions. The successful candidate will manage onboarding, employee inquiries, performance issues, and training programs. This role requires at least three years of experience as an HR generalist, with strong communication skills and knowledge of the Employment Act. It offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where multiple priorities need to be managed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience as HR generalist.
  • Hands on experience in handling full employment life cycle.
  • Well versed in Employment Act and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ enquiries.
  • Provide HR support to operation teams according to policies.
  • Assist in handling employee performance and grievance issues.
  • Maintain proper filing of employment and leave records.
  • Administer training programs and maintain training records.
  • Support delivery of the annual performance management program.
  • Administer and maintain all employee benefits related matters.
  • Work closely with corporate insurers on insurance claims.

Job description

We are looking for a HR Executive to be based in Central Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions to support employee full life cycle to the assigned business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding of all employees

  • Be the first point of contact for employees’ enquiries and to assist to resolve these with the right departments.

  • Provide HR support and advice to operation teams in accordance with regulation and company policies

  • Assist in handling employee performance, disciplinary and grievance issues

  • Maintain proper filing of employment records and leave records for every employee

  • Work with the wider HR teams such as recruitment and payroll to ensure all the employment process is completed

  • Assist in HR-related documents preparation such as employment contract, certification letters, employee change of status letters etc

  • Administer and maintain all employee benefits related matters such as insurance etc

  • Work closely with corporate insurers on staffs’ insurance claims and enquiry

  • Administer training program of the company, including courses sourcing and maintaining training record of employees

  • Support delivery of annual performance management program

  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
