Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an HSE Coordinator. This role entails coordinating the Company's QHSSE accreditation, conducting internal audits, and providing training. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a safety officer and a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B). The position also includes responsibilities as an Office Fire Warden and First Aider. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a safety officer.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is essential.
• Prior experience with HSE audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Company’s QHSSE accreditation.
• Conduct Internal Audits for the Company’s Internal Work Process.
• Conduct periodical Internal SOP refresher training.
• Act as the Office Safety Officer, including duties as Fire Warden and First Aider.

Salary: $3,000 - $3,800

Location: 200 Cantonment Rd, Singapore 089763 (Nearest MRT Tanjong Pagar)

Job scopes

• Coordinate and maintain Company’s QHSSE accreditation, including ISO 9001 and Responsible Care
• Conduct Internal Audits for Company’s Internal Work Process
• Conduct periodical Internal SOP refresher training
• Takes on the role of Safety Officer in the Office (Office Fire Warden & First Aider)
