Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Operations & Recruitment Specialist to enhance HR processes. You will manage employee records, streamline recruitment, and support internship programs. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in HR Management and at least 3 years of experience, with strong skills in Excel. This role offers a dynamic work environment and a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a Government agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in data management and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records for easy retrieval.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage internship program and handle related administrative tasks.
