The role involves onboarding new hires, managing various leaves, assisting with work pass applications, and generating reports. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Resources or a similar field, along with relevant internship experience. The position offers a salary of up to $4000 plus a completion bonus and is based in Raffles Place.

Qualifications

• Min relevant HR operations internship experience required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification.
• Manage maternity, paternity, and marriage leave.
• Assist with work pass applications.
• Generate letters for visa and employment documentation.
• Report generation and data provision for adhoc requests.
• Conduct statutory surveys.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.

• Offboarding
• Work pass applications (new and renewals)
• Letters generation (E.g. personal visa letters for travel, ICA PR documents, Certification of Employment that cannot be generated from DarwinBox)
• Report generation /data provision for any adhoc requests
• Statutory Surveys
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Min Degree in Human Resources or similar w min relevant HR operations internship experience
