Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR operations team, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and HR analytics.
• Develop and implement HR operational policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
• Manage and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the payroll and benefits administration process, including vendor management and compliance.
• Develop and manage the HR budget and monitor expenses.
• Collaborate with Operation, Management team and other stakeholders to identify and address HR operational issues and opportunities.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff on HR operational matters.
• Manage CPF, Levy monthly and proceed with payment
